CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

Your consigned items will be kept for resale by Gypsy Girl Consignment Boutique for 90

days. You will receive 45% of the selling price. After 60 days items will go on sale for 50%

off the original price. End of season and overstocked items are subject to clearance sales. At the end of the 90-day agreement, you can either pick up your unsold items or have

them become store property, at which point they may be donated to area thrift stores at

the discretion of Gypsy Girl Consignment Boutique. If you choose to pick up your unsold

items, Gypsy Girl Consignment Boutique will pull the items upon expiration and inform

you when they are ready to be picked up. You will then have 7 days to reclaim your unsold

items before they become store property.

One consignment check for all sold items will be issued to you within 7 days of the

expiration date of the 90-day agreement unless other payment arrangements have been

made with Gypsy Girl Consignment Boutique. Your check will be mailed to you at no cost.

Gypsy Girl Consignment Boutique will not be responsible for stolen or damaged items.

Reasonable care will be taken to protect your items from damage or loss.
